We know you work hard, and at Hampton Lumber, hard work means new opportunities. Start your career with Hampton Lumber and grow with us. We offer apprenticeship programs for employees interested in becoming a certified millwright, electrician or sawfiler. Once selected for an apprenticeship position, we cover all the costs associated with your education, including tuition and books, and we offer flexible schedules to allow for any necessary class time instruction. Apprentices work closely with our skilled trades professionals to develop skills on the job. Come grow with us.

Scholarships
We're investing in the future.
In 2017, we proudly launched an annual competitive scholarship program for family members (children, grandchildren, spouses, and domestic partners) of Hampton employees interested in furthering their education.
The scholarship, managed by Scholarship America®, provides awards ranging from $5,000 to $7,500 for full-time undergraduate or vocational study ($2,500-$3,750 for part-time study).
