Our sales team markets in excess of 2 billion board feet of Hampton’s exclusive mill production and an additional 1.5 billion board feet from outside mills. Through our affiliates, we’re also involved in remanufacturing and advanced wood manufacturing for commercial applications.
Grow with us.
At Hampton Lumber, we’re not just in the business of creating high-quality wood products; we’re contributing to more vibrant and sustainable communities worldwide. Each board and panel we supply carries the legacy of dedication, innovation, and community stewardship. Welcome to a partnership where excellence meets reliability.
Quality. Quantity. Variety.
We can get the right product for you, delivered when and where you need it. With major sales offices in Portland, Oregon and Richmond, British Columbia, our sales team is always ready to meet customers’ needs. We also ship products worldwide through our export division, TRAPA Forest Products. Each year, we ship nearly 3.5 billion board feet of lumber and more than 300 million board feet of OSB and plywood products to destinations near and far.
Sustainably sourced.
Our Pacific Northwest mills produce lumber sourced from some of the most sustainably managed forest resources on the planet. We manage our forestland to help meet our need for wood materials without compromising long-term habitat values or our ability to continue the cycle of growth and harvest for generations to come. Our forestland management practices are certified through the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI) in the U.S. and Canada.
Let’s build something, together.

Spotted in Cottage Grove, Oregon 🌲🏗️—Hampton Lumber is part of the rebuild at the historic Village Green Resort site!
Originally opened in 1960 by W.A. Woodard, a leader in the timber industry, the Village Green Resort was a true testament to Oregon’s forest products. Built on 36 acres, it featured local Douglas fir beams, hemlock paneling, and cedar shakes.
While the resort saw decades of decline and restoration, it’s now being redeveloped into a mix of apartments, an RV park, and commercial spaces, with plans to retain key parts of the property, such as the restaurant and conference center.
A new chapter begins, and we’re proud to see Hampton Lumber in the mix—connecting Oregon’s forests to communities, both past and future. 📸 Rodney Trammel

There’s something special about seeing lumber from our Darrington sawmill pass through Portland, OR. While train traffic can be an occasional inconvenience for metro commuters, it’s a nice reminder of the journey our lumber makes from rural communities in the Pacific Northwest to others across the country.
Thanks to Eric Lamberth for capturing this moment in the #HamptonLumberJourney! #HamptonDarrington

We`re happy to be able to contribute building materials for important local infrastructure projects like the Nehalem Bay Health Center! All the wood donated to the project was manufactured by our team in #WarrentonOregon! 🌲 💪

We`re throwing it back to an evening of great wine, music, and good company at Hampton`s 2023 Sip n Stroll event, hosted at our Big Creek forestry office! Guests were invited to sample a variety of wines from the Carlton Winemakers Studio and local beers all while enjoying the sweet tunes of the Brothers Jam (Jamey and David Hampton & Co.). Event proceeds benefited habitat enhancement work by the North Coast Watersheds Association ! 🍇🎸🐟
